Sausage Banderillas

Your Kids will never be able to resist the taste of good banderillas


1 kg of sausages
    Sticks for skewers or banderillas
    Frying Oil

For Pasta:

2 Tzs of wheat flour
    1 tz flour for hot cakes
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 Pinch of salt
    1 1/2 Tzs of mineral water
    2 eggs

For the Thousand Islands sauce:

6 ketchup tbsp
    4 tbsp of mayonnaise
    1 Chopped pickle

For the mustard sauce:

3 tbsp mustard
    2 tbsp of mayonnaise
    Honey to taste


    In a bowl, mix the flour of wheat previously sifted by a sieve along with the rest of the dry ingredients.
    Add the eggs and the mineral water.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Insert a banderilla stick into the sausages and then cover them with the dough trying to drain the excess.
    In a saucepan with boiling oil fry the banderilla by turning it into the oil until it is golden brown.
    For the sauces mix the ingredients perfectly.
