Fish Fillet with Garlic Sauce

One of the typical dishes of Lent El Dorado and seasoned fish fillet of garlic almojo.


  • 1 Garlic Head
  •  1/2 Salt tsp
  •   1/4 tsp of ground pepper
  •   4 Nile White Fillets
  •   1 lemon
  •   Olive Oil


 Peel the garlic, split in half Yretirar the center.
In a mortar mash them together with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl with water and lemon juice, rinse the fish fillets to remove a little of the characteristic odor.
Dry with absorbent paper and spread both sides with the garlic paste, cover with plastic and macerate in refrigeration for 2 hours or more.
In a pan with olive oil cook the fish until it achieves a golden color.
